15 minute Healthy Roasted Chicken and Veggies


°2 tbsp. olive oil

°1 pound chicken breast, cutting to bite-size pieces

° red onion

°1 c. sweet pepper

°2-3 c. broccoli flowers

°½ c large tomatoes, diced

°½ tsp. spices

°½ tsp. basil

°½ tsp. garlic powder

°¼ tsp. Red pepper

°Salt and pepper to taste


Heat oven to 475 degrees.

Put the vegetables and chicken pieces in a large bowl.Add olive oil, thyme, basil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well until covered and assembled.

Spread chicken and vegetables in an even layer on a large baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are cooked through.
