ALABAMA WHITE SAUCE

*Ingredients:


°240ml mayonnaise

°120ml white wine vinegar

°1 tsp horseradish

°1 teaspoon FUCHS black peppercorns (to crush)

°1 teaspoon lemon juice

°½ teaspoon of salt

°¼ teaspoon FUCHS ground cayenne pepper


*Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and leave to rest in the refrigerator for two hours.

Tip: prepare the sauce the day before and let it sit overnight.

In an airtight container, the sauce will keep

for approx. 10 days in the refrigerator.
