Apple-Pie ToastFrench Roll Ups

* Ingredients :

°2 eggs

°50 ml of milk

°powdered sugar

°20 slices of sandwich bread (without crust)

°jam, spread, fruit …

* Methods : 

Beating 2 egg in an omelet, adding milk..

Take a slice of white bread, lightly spread half of the slice with jam or spread.

Add fruit if necessary.Roll the slice tightly.

Dip the roll in the egg / milk mixture and turn the roll so that all sides are covered with liquid.

Heat a little butter in a pan and brown the rolls, turning them over to brown them on all sides.

Quickly pass the rolls in the sugar one by one.
