Baked Chicken Tacos


°12 Taco shell (Taco shells)

°4 chicken cutlet


°0.5 Iceberg-lettuce

°4 tomato

°0.5 Red pepper

°2 onions

°125g grated cheddar

°1 tbsp. teaspoon tortilla spices

°2 tbsp. tsp Oil


* Methods :

Frying sliced onions for 2 to 3 minutes in a pan in hot oil.

Add the chicken cutlets in strips and the diced half pepper.

Continue cooking for 10 minutes, stirring often.

Season with salt & tortilla spice.

Meantime, warm taco shells 3 min in preheated oven on th. 6 (180°C).

Divided seasoned chicken in each,

alternating cheddar,

chopped lettuce,

tomatoes & diced avocado.

Surround with the rest raw vegetables.
