Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies

*Ingredients :

°2 soft butter

°½ + 1 c. powder sugar

°2 tsp. vanilla extract

°a of salt

°2 ¼ C. Flour

°1 C. Finely pecan

* Methods  :

Heat oven 350 degrees.

Add butter, ½ cup icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour to a blending bowl.

Mix till a clean paste is formed.Fold chop pecans to dough mixture.

Wet your hands and form the dough into 36 equal-sized balls of dough.

Place dough balls on a baking tray coated with parchment, and bake for 12 minutes.Leave the cookies to chill completely.

Putting cup of powder sugar in flat bowl.Roll the biscuits in powdered sugar and serve.
