carrot cake recipe

*INGREDIENTS:


+Frosting:

° 2 1/2 cups icing sugar

° 1/2 cup unsalted butter

° 1 pack 250 g cream cheese

° 1 tsp vanilla+Cake :

° 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

° 2 teaspoons baking powder

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 2 teaspoons cinnamon

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 1 cup vegetable oil

° 2 cups sugar

° 4 eggs

° 1 teaspoon vanilla

° 3 cups grated carrots


*PREPERATION


STEP 1

Cake: Heat oven to 350°F. Mixing flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon & salt in bowl.

2ND STEP

In bowl, Blending the oil, sugar, eggs & vanilla.

STEP 3

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

STEP 4

Add grated carrots.

STEP 5

Pour into the mould. Putting in oven & cooking for 50 min.

STEP 6

Cream Cheese Ice Cream: Beat butter and cream cheese.

STEP 7

Slowly add the icing sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
