*To make this Recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
°1 pound bacon,
°12 ounces (340 g) pasta of your choice, for example, shells
°1 1/2 cups (350 g) grated mozzarella cheese
°1/2 cup (125 g) cheddar cheese, grated
°1 pound (454 g) boneless chicken breast
°2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
°1 medium onion, diced
°1/2 tbsp (8ml) adobo spice
°1 teaspoon (5g) pepper
°salt, to taste
°1/2 teaspoon (2.5 g) fresh parsley
°1/2 large bottle store-bought ranch dressing
°1 1/2 jar store-bought Alfredo sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Marinate the chicken pieces, placing them in a large “Ziploc” bag with the olive oil, salt, pepper, adobo spices and parsley.
Shake until the chicken is well coated with the seasonings.
In a large skillet over medium heat, place the marinated chicken and diced onions.Cooking to chicken cubes are no longer pink in center and set apart.
Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling water, according to package directions and drain.
Add ranch sauce to cooked pasta and toss until well coatedGrease a 9×9 baking dish and pour the pasta covered with ranch sauce into it.
Add the cooked chicken, half the cooked bacon and the Alfredo sauce to the pasta.
Mix well and sprinkle the two cheeses and the rest of the bacon on top of the dish.
Bake until cheese is completely melted, about 12-15 minutes.
