Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole

โ€ข 1 cup milk

โ€ข 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

โ€ข 3 tbsp butter

โ€ข 1ยฝ cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

โ€ข Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

2๏ธโƒฃ Cook Bacon: If using raw, cook until crispy and chop.

3๏ธโƒฃ Make Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour, then gradually whisk in milk until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in ranch dressing, salt, and pepper.
