HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT CREAMY RANCH CHICKEN?

We love doing ranch chicken with a creamy sauce for dinner. Flavorful ingredients include savory chicken, potatoes, and baby carrots, each of which is slow-cooked together for a creamy and tasty dinner.

I think the crockpot is great. You definitely need it ALL the time and for sure all year long. Slow cookers are little, desirable life benefactors, particularly on busy days. It is such a wonderful feeling to have already prepped dinner and out of the way when you get up in the morning. And the additional benefit of smelling it cook all day.

This, the Crock-Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken is one of our favorite recipes. It is an all-in-one kind of dish. Your chicken breasts, potatoes, and vegetables are all cooked and ready to serve once the time is finished. I just love it!

It’s easy and quick to prepare dish!! It’s all about the crockpot, all you need to do; is throwing all ingredients together, and it will finish the work you’ve started!!

You’ll need the ingredients below:

I used 4 chicken breasts, without bones.

6 medium Russet potatoes, I cut them into 2“ pieces.

One large can. Of Condensed cream of chicken soup, I used the 23-ounces can.

A packet.Of dry ranch dressing mix.

2 Cups.Of Baby carrots.

1/2 Cup.Of Milk.

Chopped fresh parsley.

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

Step 1:

Firstly, I sprayed a big crockpot with non-stick spray, “a 7 quart is ideally“.

Step 2:

Then, at the bottom of the crockpot, I put the potatoes pieces with the baby carrots.

Step 3:

After that, I added the Chicken breasts over potatoes and carrots.

Step 4:

At this point, I mixed In a medium bowl the cream of chicken soup with the dry ranch dressing mix, and milk, I blended well until the 3 ingredients were incorporated.

Step 5:

When done, I poured the mixture uniformly over the chicken breast, and I covered it immediately and cooked on high heat for 5 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through.
I normally cooked it for 7 hours on very low heat.

Step 6:

Finally, for serving, I sprinkled fresh chopped parsley on top of each serving.
