Custard Pie


 °1 pie crust (9 inches) 

°1 c sugar white 

°1 egg 

°½ c half & half cream 

°3 flour 

°2 cups heavy whipping cream 

°2 tsp butter 

°½ tsp ground cinnamon 

* Methods : 

Preheat oven 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Placing sugar, egg, half and half, flour, whipping cream and butter or margarine in blender.

Beat to well mixed.

Pour to pie shell & sprinkling with cinnamon.

Baking in preheated oven 60 to 70 min
