FRESH APPLE CAKE RECIPE

* Components for:


°200 grams of flour

°4 eggs

°100 + 20 grams of sugar

°4 tablespoons. tablespoon heavy cream

°2 large apples

°2 bags of vanilla sugar

°1 bag baking powder

°1 pinch of salt

*Preparation steps:


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (No. 6). Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes, taking care to remove the seeds and pits.


In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugars until the mixture whitens.


Add the flour, cream, baking powder and salt and mix again. Add apple cubes.


Grease a cake pan with butter and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle a little powdered sugar and bake for 40 minutes.
