°1 cauliflower approximately 1300 grams
°1/2 onion, chopped – approximately 50 grams
°1 chopped crimson pepper – approximately 160 g
°2 garlic cloves, finely minced
°1 c. ground cumin
°1 c. turmeric powder
°1/2 tsp. Red pepper
°1 c. Thyme
°a pinch of salt
°A pinch of avocado oil
In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion and garlic in avocado oil.
Meanwhile, in a meals processor or blender, grind the cauliflower florets to the dimensions of rice. The length of the portions relies upon in your choice and the cooking time for the subsequent step will vary.
Personally, I decide on the stunning portions.
Adding chop peppers, broccoli, & spices to skillet. Cook for 10 minutes (or greater if the cauliflower is greater chopped). to serve.
