°0.25 green cabbage
°2 sausages with herbs
°100gm pork fat
°2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
* Preparation steps :
Cut the bacon into the bacon. Peel and chop the onion.
Remove the first leaves from the cabbage. Almost cut it.
In a saucepan, saute the onions in olive oil.
Once the onions are translucent, add the bacon and brown the meat for about ten minutes. Add sausage and cook for 10 minutes on all sides.
