Fried-potatoes-recipe

I’ve never come across a potato dish that I don’t like, but maybe that’s how I eat it.This simple trick makes potatoes tasty, soft and creamy on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside.

Eat it yourself, with eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken or any other side dish, or as a tasty addition to soups

* Ingredients :

° Half a cup of white sugar

° 2 cups warm water

° 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch slices

6 cups vegetable oil for frying

° salt to taste

Step 1

In a medium bowl, dissolve the sugar and warm water.

Steep potatoes in water blend for 16 min .

Removing from water / dry wiith paper towel.

Step 2

Heaat oil IN deep fryer 375°F (190°C).

Adding potatoes & cooking to golden, 5 to 6 min.

Drain on paper towels.

Seasoning with salt to flavor.
