Granny’s Cocoa Cream Pie

* Ingredients :

°1/2 cup cocoa

°1/2 cup all-purpose flour

°3 egg yolks

°1 1/2 cups sugar

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°2 cups of milk

°1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine the cocoa, flour, beaten egg yolk, sugar and salt, add the milk, stirring in a saucepan over medium/high heat.

Cooking to thickened, beating smooth.

Cream pies taking some time to thick, so stir & stir. 10-15 min.

Just keeping stirring to it thickens.

Pour to pre-baked pie crust.

Putting it in fridge to cool. A

dding whip cream or using leftover egg white to garnish the meringue.
