This recipe for Homemade Banana Pudding produces the creamiest and most delicious banana pudding you’ve ever tasted. This Southern dessert dish, which is layered with bananas and delicious vanilla wafer cookies, is unquestionably the finest banana pudding you’ll ever taste.

Banana pudding, the real stuff, is something I really love. By real, I mean the type where you prepare the pudding from scratch and then pour it over a dish of delicious Nilla wafers and freshly sliced bananas while the pudding is still warm. That thing made with packaged pudding mix does not even come close to the flavor of this item. If you think you’ve eaten banana pudding before, but it was made using a packaged pudding mix, think again. Clearly, this was not banana pudding. This is what we call Banana Pudding!

As a result, what happened? PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY! By using homemade pudding for the pudding mix, the dish gained even more flavor! Seriously, everything is great. Absolutely the finest homemade banana pudding you’ll ever eat!

150 grams.Of granulated sugar.

A pinch.Of salt.

An egg, use a large-sized one.

A large egg yolk.

3 Tbsp.Of cornstarch.

2 Tsp.Of un-salted butter.

2 Tsp.Of vanilla extract.

Vanilla cookies, I used 30 cookies.

Large bananas; I sliced two.

3/4 Cup.Of cream.

35 grams.Of powdered sugar.

1 Tsp.Of vanilla.

METHOD OF WORK :

1st Step:

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until smooth, stirring periodically to dissolve the sugar.

2nd Step:

In a medium mixing basin, whisk together the eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Mix in the cornstarch until the mixture is bright yellow and thick.

3rd Step:

When the milk mixture is ready, slowly whisk it into the egg mixture until it is completely dissolved.

4th Step:

Return the mixture to the saucepan by scraping it with a rubber spatula, then bring it back to a boil over medium heat, stirring continuously, until some bubbles burst to the surface and the mixture is thick and glossy. Remove the butter and vanilla from the heat.

5th Step:

To keep the candy from drying out, strain it through a fine-mesh screen and cover it with clear paper.

6th Step:

Spread the Crushed vanilla cookies mixed with butter over the bottom of the pan.

7th Step:

Place the banana slices on top of the pudding and pour it over them. Allow it to cool for at least four hours inside the refrigerator.

ENJOY IT!!
