How To Make Loaded Chicken & Potatoes?


500 g (1 lb) small red potatoes

1 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil

1 medium onion, roughly chopped

1 diced green pepper

1 red pepper, diced

1 cup diced cooked chicken breast

1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp. paprika

¹⁄₂ teaspoon. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

¹⁄₂ teaspoon. salt

¹⁄₂ teaspoon. pepper


Step 1:

Put the potatoes in a pot of cold water, salt, bring to a boil and cook for about 25 minutes. Drain them, let them cool, peel them and then dice them.

Step 2:

In a non-stick sauté pan, heat the oil over high heat; sauté the onion for 4 min, then add the peppers and sauté for 4 min as well.
Pour the potatoes, chicken, garlic, paprika, and thyme into the sauté pan.

Step 3:

Add salt and pepper. Mix then press all the ingredients into the bottom of the sauté pan with the back of the spoon. Cook without stirring for about 5 min until all the ingredients are golden brown.
