MEATLOAF RECIPE

*Ingredients :


°1 pound 90% ground beef

°1 c breadcrumbs

°½ c yellow onion, diced

°1/2 cup of milk

°1 large egg, scrambled

°2 tbsp. ketchup

°1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

°1 C. dried parsley leaves

°3/5 teaspoons. salt

°1/2 tsp. Garlic

°1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

+ For the garnish:

°1/4 cup ketchup

°2 tbsp. light brown sugar

°1 C. red wine vinegar

*Instructions :

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl,

add beef,

breadcrumbs,

onion,

milk,

eggs,

2 tablespoons ketchup,

Worcestershire sauce,

parsley,

salt,

baking powder garlic and pepper.

Use the palm of your hand to mash these ingredients and stir until well blended.

* Place the meat mixture on the broiler pan.

Adding layer excellent meat.

In a small bowl,

combine ½ cup ketchup,

brown sugar and vinegar.

Stir until smooth.

Pour sauce over meatloaf and let stand evenly.

Cook uncovered for fifty-five minutes.

Let patties rest (or cancel) for 8-10 minutes before serve
