* Ingredients :


°340 gm minced beef

°340 gm minced pork

°60 ml hot sauce or ketchup

°15 biscuits (such as Ritz or soda), crumbled

°15 ml (1 tsp) chili-seasoning

°15 ml (1 tsp) Dijon-mustard

°75g (1/2 C ) grat yellow cheddar cheese (strong or light)

°1 egg


* Methods :


Placing grill in middle oven. Heat oven 180°C (350°F).

Line baking tray with silicone or parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well with your hands until the mixture is homogeneous.

Salt and Pepper. Shape an 18 cm cylinder on a baking tray.

Bake for 1 hour. Leave it to rest about 10 min.

Slice and serve with mashed potatoes and your choice of vegetables if desired.
