OLD-FASHIONED-MEATLOAF

*ingredients:


°1 1/4 m. old oatmeal

°1/4 cup milk

°1 pound minced meat

°2 large eggs, scrambled

°1 sachet. Dry onion soup mix

°1 clove minced garlic

°1 T. Worcestershire sauce

°3 T. Ketchup

°1/2 tsp. Pepper+topping

°1/4 m ketchup

°1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

°1 tsp. yellow mustard

*How to make old fashion meat

Put the oats in a large bowl and add the milk. Stir to coat the oats and leave for 15 minutes to absorb the milk. Add ground beef, eggs, onion-garlic soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and pepper.

Use your hands and mix it all together to make the oats into the meat.

Time they are all gathered, place them in a 9″ x 9″ baking tray also shape to a 1 & 3/4-thick loaf. Placing in a 375 degree oven about 30 min.

Meanwhile, make the garnish by whisking the ingredients together. After 30 minutes in the oven, remove the top layer, brush it and cover the sides as well.

Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Leave it for 5 minutes before slicing
