°1 puff pastry°4 peaches°2 eggs°70g caster sugar°15 cl fresh cream
1.Preheat the oven to 210°C.
2.Spread the dough in a pie pan lined with parchment paper.
3.Prick with a fork.
4.Bake for 15 minutes.
5.Meanwhile, whip the cream with the eggs and sugar in a bowl.
6.Peel and cut the peaches into slices.
7.Remove the dough from the oven and nicely distribute the peach slices on top.
8.Coat them with the egg cream.
9.Bake the pie for 15 minutes.
10.Serve warm or cold.
