* Ingredients :
°250 g Steak inside round
°1 unit Green pepper(s)
°1 unit Yellow onion(s)
°1 unit Tomato(es)
°15 ml Steak spices
°2 whole wheat tortilla(s)
°80 ml Sauce mix (mayonnaise, sriracha)
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
Thinly slice half the onion and chop the other.
Cutting tomato to small dice.
Cook the meatHeat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook thinly sliced onion and bell pepper 3-4 minutes. Salt and pepper. Add the meat strips and spices and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and wipe dry.
Make the salsaMix the tomato with the chopped onion, a drizzle of oil, 1 tbsp. at s. of wine or cider vinegar, a pinch of sugar to taste, salt and pepper.
Fill the tortillasTop half of tortilla with cheese and meat mixture. Close the tortilla in a half-moon. Children can garnish their tortilla to their liking.
5. Bake the tortillas
Add a drizzle of oil to the pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortilla for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
Mount the plateCut the tortillas into wedges. Serve with spicy mayonnaise and tomato salsa.
