PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SLIDERS RECIPE

*INGREDIENTS


°1 tablespoon olive oil

°1 big onion, thinly sliced

°1 big bell pepper, thinly sliced

°1⁄2 pound minced steak

°1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

°1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder

°salt and pepper to taste

°1 to twelve packets of sweet rolls

°6 slices of provolone cheese

°1 tablespoon melted butter

°1 teaspoon dried thyme (unground)


* Methods


Preheat oven to four hundred degrees F .

In a big skillet, warmth the oil and upload the onions and peppers.

Cook over medium-excessive warmth, stirring occasionally, till the peppers and onions have softened.

Then upload the minced steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Cook the steak, breaking it up with forks to save you the steak from sticking together. Cook till the steak is now not red. Set the dish aside.

Cut the buns in 1/2 of horizontally, maintaining the package deal of 12 buns intact. Place on a baking sheet.
