Pineapple Cream Cheese Pound Cake


° 200 grams of fresh pineapple

°3 eggs

°160 ° + 15 g butter

° 160 g flour

°160 grams sugar

°0.5 sachet of baking powder

° 1 tbsp. Brown sugar

+ for whip cream

°50 g mascarpone

° 1 lemon

° 10 lemon leaves

°30 g icing sugar

*Methods :

Heat oven 180 ° C.

Cut the pineapple into small pieces and halve them.

Beat eggs with powdered sugar, then add flour, baking powder and warm melted butter.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan and cover with pineapple.

Sprinkle brown sugar. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

Pour the liquid cream into a bowl and add the mascarpone and powdered sugar.

Mix everything together, then whisk them into the whipped cream using an electric mixer.

Stir with 2 tbsp. Grated lemon peel and chopped lemon balm leaves.

Refrigerate to serve chilled whipped cream with cake.
