BOILED SHRIMP


Boil Shrimp on a Griddle:

A delicious recipe for boiling shrimp prepared on a griddle and baked in the oven.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray and set aside.


Fill a large saucepan with water, salt and potatoes. Bring to a boil

Cook potatoes until tender and parboiled, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add corn to boiling water for the last 3 minutes of cooking.


Drain water, place potatoes and corn on prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, half the parsley and Old Bay seasoning.

Add the onion, shrimp and sausage to the corn and potatoes on the baking sheet.

Stir in the butter mixture and toss gently to combine, then spread to make sure everything is in a single layer.
Place in oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through, sausage is hot and corn is tender.
Serve immediately garnished with parsley and remaining lemon wedges. Enjoy !
