SHRIMP AND SPINACH ALFREDO

HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP AND SPINACH ALFREDO?

My recipe for a Creamy Parmesan Spinach Shrimp will soon become a favorite for a new weeknight meal! Pan-seared protein-filled shrimp is then tossed with a smooth spinach sauce that is ideally aromatized with fresh garlic and rich parmesan.

INGREDIENTS:

A large bag of frozen spinach

A medium box Of ‘penne’ pasta-noodles.

A bag Of raw shrimp

5 chopped Cloves Garlic

4 C.Of Heavy Whipping Cream

3 chicken breast, I cut them into strips.

2 Softened sticks Of butter

Creole Seasoning

Old Bay Seasoning (Garlic and Herb)

Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Extra virgin Olive oil

Fresh chopped Parsley.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

I sautéed the pieces of chicken and I seasoned with “old bay” and “Creole” seasoning.

Step 2:

In a frying pan, I spread olive oil and I added one clove of chopped garlic, then I sautéed the spinach after thawed until wilted, I drained and put them aside for later.

Step 3:

In another pan, I added 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 clove of chopped garlic and I added raw shrimp cookies and cooked on each side for 2 minutes.

Step 4:

In a pot, I boil pasta for 12 to 15 minutes or so.

HOW TO MAKE the sauce:

Step 5:

In a skillet with butter, I chopped the remaining garlic and the sauce.

Step 6:

When the butter melted, I added the whipping cream and stir well.

Step 7:

Then I added the parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.

Step 8:

I added the creole and the old bay seasoning, and I simmered the sauce for 7 minutes over very low heat.

Step 9:

To the cooked pasta, I added all remaining ingredients, then I poured the sauce on top and garnish it with fresh parsley.
