This slow-cooking pork and potato soup is a delicious and forget-me-not combo that your family will enjoy as if you were standing by the stove caring for it for hours.
* ingredients :
° 8 cups wine potatoes, cut into cubes
° 1 yellow onion diced
° 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
° 1/2 cup chopped celery
° 16 oz Ham Cubes 2 Packs Smithfield Anytime Favorite™️ Ham Cube
° 1 teaspoon kosher salt° 1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
° 1/4 cup flour
° 4 cups chicken broth
° 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (you can also use milk – I used whole milk)
° Half a cup of sour cream

Add the potatoes,
and pepper chicken broth to the slow cooker and cook for 7-8 hours or 4-5 hours.
Using a potato masher, mash about half of a potato (don’t worry the pork won’t mash too much)
Add the flour,
heavy cream/milk and sour cream and stir everything together.
