Triple Reese s Peanut Butter Cookies

Triple Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

Directions:

Prepare the Dough: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Shape the Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart and flatten slightly with your hand or a spoon.

Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
