No Bake Cheesecake is a classic lightly lemon dessert, ideal for your Easter or Mothers day menu.I love the recipe we grew up together, it is too good to be lost.

* ingredients :

° 1 3 oz Lemon Jelly 0

° 1 cup boiling water

° 1 packet graham cracker crumbs (3 cups) more for a thick crust, divided

° 1 piece of melted butter

° 1 8 ounces cream cheese

° 1 cup granulated sugar

° 5 tablespoons lemon juice

° 1 can evaporated milk, well cooled or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

* Directions :

Melt gel in boil water.Cool to slightly thicken.

Mix 3/4 biscuits and ghee until smooth, then press them into the bottom of a 9×13 pan to form a crust.

Sprinkle the remaining breadcrumbs on the dessert.

Beat the condensed milk/cream until frothy.

In a separate bowl, use a blender to mix cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.

Add thick gelatin and stir slowly with raw condensed milk.

Spread the filling on the crust and sprinkle the remaining coarse biscuits.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to night, cover and store in the refrigerator.
