Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

2 small onions, chopped

2 small green peppers, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste

Olive oil for sautéing

1 lb beef (ground or thinly sliced)

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

4 bell peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Sauté Vegetables:


In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions, green peppers, and minced garlic.
Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
Sauté until the onions are translucent.


Cook Beef:


Add the beef to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables.
Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.


Add Cheeses:


Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined.
Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Stuff the Peppers:
