Broccoli & Cheddar Twice-Baked Potato

*Ingredients :


°3 russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed

°2 tablespoons of butter

°2 table spoons of white flour

°1 cup milk

°1 c cheddar cheese

°1 cup broccoli florets

°onion salt

°Garlic salt

°Salt & pepper from mill


*Preparation :


Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Pierce each potato a few times with a fork and leave an opening in the top.

Baking potatoes for 45 min to 1 h.

With a steamer, steam the broccoli.

To book. In saucepan, melting butter on medium heat.

Add the garlic salt, onion salt and flour and mix constantly for about 1 minute.

Add the cup of milk, salt and ground pepper.

Continue to stir until the mixture boils and thickens.

Reduce the heat and add the cheddar cheese.

Mix until the cheese melts and add the cup of broccoli. Pour over hot potatoes.

To serve.
