*Ingredients :
°1 can whole kernel corn
°2 eggs
°Salt and pepper to taste
°1/2 cup flour
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°1/2 cup grated cheese
°1 knob of butter
°2 tbsp. oil
°1/4 cup chopped parsley
*Directions :
Drain corn and also discard the liquid.
Put the eggs, salt, pepper also in a bowl and beat.
Add flour and baking powder, whisk to smooth.
Add corn and cheese. HustlePlace butter and oil in a frying pan, heat over medium heat.
Drop the corn mixture by spoonfuls into a frying pan.
When golden, flip and cook another side.
Drain on paper towel & serving
