°1 tablespoon oil
°3 tablespoons of butter
°1 pound potatoes, cut into wedges or bite-size pieces
°1 pound steak )
°salt and pepper to taste
°4 garlic cloves, minced
°1 pinch red pepper flake
Heat oil 6 butter in a skillet over medium heat, add potatoes and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 15 minutes, before setting aside.
Add the steak, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, to the skillet and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
