You can serve it this way if you want…or you can elevate it a bit with our simple Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting!

For whipped cream cheese, you will need:1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (let it come to room temperature for easier mixing)

1 cup white sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping creamIn a small bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Set aside in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Gently combine the cream cheese mixture with the whipped cream.

I learned a little about toasted coconut.

Enjoy !
