To change our meatballs, here are the Greek-style meatballs! With oregano!
*ingredients :
°400g minced meat (beef here)
°2 small red onions
°Two slices of stale bread
°2 small eggs
°Oregano (1 teaspoon)
°parsley
°pinch of nutmeg
°Salt and Pepper
°3 tablespoons olive oil
°Few mint leaves for garnish
*Preparation :
Chop the meat if necessary and chop the onion. Soak the bread in a bowl of waterIn a bowl, mix the minced meat with the onions, eggs and stale bread, squeeze it with your fingers and break it up
Add chopped parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmegMix everything together and form into small ballsIn one skillet, cover its bottom with olive oil and heat the meatballs, flipping them several times until well cooked.
