Ribeye steak


°4 rib steaks, about 250 g (½ lb) each

°Olive oil for brushing

°Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat barbecue to maximum intensity.

Brushing & oil the grill.

Brush the steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Place on the grill, cook for about 5 minutes on one side, turn over and cook until the desired doneness.

Let the meat rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with maitre d’hotel butter.
