*ingredients
°4-6 round steak slices
°2 bags of onion broth
°2 c of hot water
°1 sized onion, slice
°3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
°2 tons of butter
°Again, I made this in my Instant Pot, and will be adding crockery
*Steps:
Use a skillet and 1 ton of butter to brush both sides of the round steak.
I cook it on every side for 2 to 3 min.
In a prepared saucepan, fry onions and garlic in 1 ton of butter.
Add the steaks to the pot.
Add two bags of broth to 2°C of hot water and dissolve them.
Pour over meat and onions.
Set Instant Pot to meat setting also cooking on high pressure for 20 min.
Released steam & you are ready to serving .
