Sausage broth recipe


°1 little minced meat

°2 c whole milk (more needed too)

°1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

°1 pound hot breakfast sausage

°1/2 m flour

°1 T. Butter

* Directions :

Sausage is browned in medium size, but one with higher sides, frying pan.

Remove the sausage and reserve any remaining grease.

On medium heat, add the minced meat and then the butter, sprinkle a little flour at the right time and whisk until well combined.

Pour the milk at 2°C and whisk to remove any lumps.

When this starts to thicken you will need to add a little more milk at the time and keep whisking until the mixture is smooth and covers a wooden spoon (the broth should stick to the spoon).

Remove from heat and add salt, pepper and cooked sausage.
