
* Ingredients :
°1/2 lb large shrimp (peeled and seeded)
°3 beaten eggs
°1/4 cup chopped onion
°3 bed. cold white rice
°1/4 tsp. frozen peas
°1/4 tsp. broccoli
°1/4 tsp. carrots
°1/4 tsp salt
°1/8 tsp pepper
°1 t sesame oil
°1 t of oyster sauce
°2 t soy sauce
*DIRECTIONS
Seasoning prawns with salt & pepper then set apart.
Can using (Seafood Seasoning) of choice
Bring a large frying pan (wok) to medium-high heat and add the sesame oil cook the shrimp for 1 minute on each side then remove from the panAdding beaten eggs to pan and use wooden spatula to cooking for a 1 min or 2 until frothy, & slide eggs to side of the pan.
Adding a amount of oil to pan if necessary. Mixing onion, carrots also broccoli in pan also cook for a min, & adding rice, oyster sauce & soy sauce.Stir in the shrimp and eggs then add the frozen peas, stirring constantly.
