SLOW COOKER PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SANDWICHES

*You will need:


°2 to 3 pounds of lean beef tenderloin.

°2 fine green bell peppers, sliced.

°2 sliced ​​onions.

°3 cups of beef broth.

°2 teaspoons garlic salt.

°2 teaspoons black pepper.

°1 envelope of dry Italian dressing mix.

°1 to 2 large loaves of French bread cut into sandwich lengths.

°Provolone cheese slices.


* How:

In slow cooker, place thinly sliced ​​steak and add green pepper, onion, broth, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning mixture.


Cook, covered, for 7 to 8 hours on low heat or 3 to 4 hours on high.

Fill sandwiches with baguettes or toast if you like, and top with cheese.

Bake in a baking sheet for a few minutes to melt the cheese and serve with sautéed mushrooms on top if you wish.Enjoy!
