STUFFED-BELL-PEPPERS

*Ingredients :


°6 bell peppers

°1 lb 93% lean ground beef (or better)

°1 can (14.5 oz) tomatoes

°1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce (no salt added)

°2.5 c cook Uncle Ben’s Long Grain Wild Rice

°1 sachet of Sazon seasoning (found with Goya products)

°2 tbsp. Adobo seasoning (found with Goya products)

°1 cup reduced-fat four-cheese blend (approximately and you can use any cheese you prefer)

*Directions :

Preheat stove to 350 degrees.

Cut an opening at the highest point of the peppers.

Cut and wash the remaining seeds. Put away.

Start a large pot of boiling water for the peppers (will boil for 10 minutes each clump in 2 groups) Earthy colored burger.

Cook the rice according to the bearings on the box, discarding the margarine or oil.

Add tomatoes, sauce, and prepare burger, reduce to simmer.

When the water is bubbling, boil the peppers, channel and spread them in a baking dish.

As soon as the rice is cooked add to the cheeseburger by the dollop to nicely thick, about 2.5 cups.

Fill peppers with mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Prepare for about 5 minutes or until the cheddar has dissolved.
