Boneless Chicken Tenders


° 1 tablespoon olive oil

° 2 tablespoons butter

°450gm chicken tenderloins (miniature chicken strips)

° 2 teaspoons paprika

° Half a teaspoon of salt

° Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper

° 4 garlic cloves

° 1 t Italian season

° 1 t fresh parsley

Adding olive oil also melt 1 tsp of butter in a skillet/frying pan over heat.

Melt the butter in a frying panAdding chicken pieces also season with paprika, salt also pepper.

Cooking for 3 minutes on every side (season every side while cooking).

Cooking for 30 sec Seasoning with Italian season also cooking for other minute.

Adding 2 tsp water to the pan to removing it, scraping up any pieces sticking to bottom of pan .
