Cucumbers with salt, pepper & vinegar


°1 cucumber (500g)

°3 tablespoons of oil

°1 tablespoon vinegar

°salt pepper


* Preparation

Preparing the cucumber:

Peel and rinse the cucumber and cut it into two pieces lengthwise.

Using a scraping spoon to remove the seeds.

Cut the cucumber into thin slices, salt

Let it drain for 30 minutes if possible by placing it in a colander over the salad bowl

Season with vinegar sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Served fresh
