FRIED-CABBAGE & SMOKED-SAUSAGE

Need an easy, low carb meal ? I got you covered! The Keto Sausage and Cabbage Skillet is ready in less than 20 minutes and contains less than 6 carbs per serving!


* ingredients :


°1 package smoked sausage (12 ounces)

°1 tablespoon butter

°2 cloves garlic mashed

°4 cups cabbage, cut into small pieces

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°1/4 teaspoon pepper

°1/4 onion powder

°1/4 paprika

* instructions

°Heat 12-inch skillet on heat.

Spraying with cook spray or add 1 tsp olive oil.

Fry smoked sausage until slightly crunchy.

°Removing sausage to pan and set it apart.

°Add butter, garlic, chopped cabbage and spices and mix well.

°Fry cabbage as desired.

If you want more crunch, it will take 3-4 minutes.

If you like your cabbage very tender, it will cook for °about 10 minutes.

When the cabbage reaches the desired consistency, add the cooked sausage and stir until completely heated through.
