‘Scary Fast’ McLaren Senna Crashes Showboating Into Los Angeles Dealership

Designed with peak downforce at high speed in mind, the McLaren Senna is a high point for road-legal track day monsters. But what if you’re not on track? What if you’re just doing donuts on Ventura Boulevard? Is it better then?

That’s what one driver found out recently, crashing a green McLaren Senna into the side of Lexus of Woodland Hills, just down the road from the Whole Foods. Video of the incident was posted to Reddit’s r/McLaren by user slattdemon99. In the comments, the user claims that it was YouTuber Edmond Barseghian, who goes by Mondi, at the wheel.

Indeed, Barseghian posted a video four days ago about acquiring just one such green Mclaren Senna in LA, a car he claimed to be a “1/1 Kiwi Edition McLaren Senna in the World, in the Galaxy, in the Universe!” He describes the car as “scary fast” after driving it on the road.

You may recall Barseghian from incurring a claimed $80,000 of damage crashing his GMC Hummer EV only nine miles into his ownership.

Road & Track has reached out to Barseghian for comment, but would like to remind our readers that it’s best to explore the limits of your car far away from busy public roads where there are lots of solid objects to hit.
